This special evening celebrates the vibrant traditions of Día de los Muertos through bold flavors, soulful cooking, and exceptional spirits. Each dish is thoughtfully created to honor the essence of Mexico’s most meaningful celebration — a feast for remembrance, connection, and joy.
The Menu
First Course – Carnitas & Shrimp Sopes
Crisp masa cakes layered with black bean purée, tender carnitas, and sweet shrimp — topped with morita salsa, pickled onion, and Napa cabbage crunch.
Second Course – Pork Pozole
A warm, comforting guajillo chile broth with slow-simmered pork and hominy, garnished with crisp radish and fresh herbs. A traditional favorite, elevated with Chef Jake’s signature depth and balance.
Third Course – Chicken Mole Poblano with Plantains
Succulent chicken glazed in a rich, complex mole poblano — a harmony of dark chocolate, chiles, and spice — served with white rice and caramelized plantains.
Fourth Course – Flan with Dulce de Leche
Silky, golden flan finished with Reserva de la Familia dulce de leche — the perfect sweet ending to a spirited celebration.
